It's Easy!!  Click on "Site Settings" at the top of the page.  Under "Customization" Click on "Apply a theme" and click on the different theme names in the right hand box.  When you see one you like, click "Apply"

 

You can change your theme over and over until you find one that suits you.

PS: Please don't change the top public site, just your own area or your personal web site.  Thanks!
