Columbarium Schedule of Fees
Effective January 1, 2022
• Applying for the use of one Columbarium niche — $3,412
($2,470.43 is tax deductible, for Columbarium construction/maintenance)
• Applying for more than one Columbarium niche (Cost per niche) — $3,252
($2,310.43 is tax deductible, for Columbarium construction/maintenance)
• Replacement of Engraved Granite Faceplate — $1,000
(To cover the cost of replacing granite and re-engraving of niches)
• Administrative Fee to transfer Inurnment Rights — $250
• Additional Emblem/Custom Emblem — $40
Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card and may be made in person or by mail. The mailing address is: Administrator, Mt. St. Francis Columbarium, 7665 Assisi Heights, Colorado Springs, CO 80919.
Note: Fees are subject to revision at any time by the Sisters of St. Francis of Colorado Springs.
