Job Information | Position Overview: Supports customers with general maintenance and repair, installation, training, and problem resolution on organization’s computer network and equipment. Provides responsive, courteous, and efficient customer service via telephone, web inquiries, and at the customer site. Also assists with general facilities maintenance as needed. Key Duties & Responsibilities People: Works as a member of a team providing excellent customer service to the Ministries, responding to IT and facility problems and requests for assistance. Quality: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Operational Excellence: Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned. Maintains DNS, LPR printing, mail, web and FTP services for all user clients. Performs maintenance on client accounts, adding, removing, and modifying accounts as necessary. Replaces and repair defective hardware on client computers as necessary. Documents and logs all changes to system software and configurations. Performs recovery when possible. Maintains equipment in an operable condition at all times. Also assists with general facilities maintenance as needed. Qualifications: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
