The receptionist performs a variety of clerical duties to include typing memos, correspondence, reports, updates to telephone list, resident status and room rosters, and protects resident and associate’s rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.  The receptionist creates and maintains a calm, organized and clean environment in the lobby and reception area, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school education or GED; six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • Computer, Microsoft Office, type 25+wpm and data entry skills are necessary.
  • Able to sort, file, and log various medical records in paper and digital format.
  • Skills in multi-tasking, flexibility, telephones, customer service, time management, organization, attention to detail, scheduling, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • AN or BSN is required
  • Current Colorado RN license required
  • Experience in MDS and regulatory standards for clinical, MDS, infection control, and care planning
  • Self-motivated and directed; excellent time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, ability to work with families, other departments, and agencies
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of two years experience in long term care
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently and lift or move up to 50 pounds and appropriately use mechanical lifts

Schedule: Average 32 – 40 hours per week.
