Position Overview: Under the direction of the Nutrition Supervisor, the Nutrition Aide is responsible for the set-up, service of meals, and clean-up of dining area for the residents, to include sanitation of the area as assigned and according to all organizational policies and procedures.  Prepare dining room, set and buss tables, clean salt and pepper shakers, assure food is hot and plates are attractively assembled, prepare sandwiches, soups, and beverages in the galley, and apportion food servings in accordance with dietary lists.
